The Team

Dr. Simon Grinshteyn is board-certified in family medicine, with additional certification in wound management and hyperbaric medicine. He provides preventive and diagnostic care for acute and chronic illnesses, with special interests in advanced diabetes care and hypertension management. His goal is to help patients achieve and maintain good health.

Dr. Grinshteyn earned his medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and Ross University School of Medicine in Bridgetown, Barbados, where he graduated with highest honors. He completed a residency in family medicine at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., where he served as chief resident. Dr. Grinshteyn is fluent in English and Russian.

Dr. Grinshteyn is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Clinical Professor at two Florida colleges instructing both medical and physician assistant students in evidenced-based medicine as it pertains to hospital medicine, family medicine and wound care.

Howard Rompre, APRN, FNP-C is board-certified in family medicine. He provides preventive and diagnostic care for acute and chronic illnesses, with special interests in Men’s health, Weight loss, and IV therapies. His goal is to help patients achieve and maintain good health while living their best life.

Howard has been a resident of Southwest Florida for over 35 years and earned his master’s degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University in Clearwater Florida, where he graduated with honors. He has several years experience in emergency medicine, home health care, and education. 

Howard was an Assistant Professor and Clinical Professor at Southwestern Florida College instructing nursing students in evidenced-based medicine as it pertains to disease pathology, emergency, hospital, and family medicine. He manages our team and makes sure all our resources work together to help support your health goals.
